NORTHBANK PLAZA - COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL
Indigo acquired the Brisbane Administration Centre and City Plaza retail facility in 2005. The property is a significant strategic site in the centre of the Brisbane CBD bounded by Adelaide, George and Ann Streets. Indigo, together with joint venture partner Charter Hall, reconfigured the allotment and effectively sub-divided the current 7,073m2 site into two sites, comprising the existing office tower and a new development site which included a new tower (pictured at right). All buildings were completed in 2008.
